These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at lmara.ai(the “Site”), operated by Lmara FZE LLC, a free-zone company registered at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“Lmara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Lmara is a UAE-based holding company.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational marketing presence describing Lmara’s business activities and digital ventures. It does not by itself provide a paid product or account-based service. Individual products we operate are governed by their own separate terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation, including the laws of the United Arab Emirates;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
